Bizaroe ran rough-shod over the Denver music scene during the late 1990's (approximately 1994-95). It was a crazy ride that led us to work with producer Geoff Workman (Motley Crüe, Journey, Foreigner, and Queen). Our efforts there culminated in winning the 1995 Los Angeles Music Award for "Best Unsigned Metal Act" (whatever that means). Basically, we smoked a lot of pot with the show organizer .... But, we got to perform live at the world-famous Roxy in Hollywood, in front of a good crowd that included some names we recognized as industry insiders.
